Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Discord account: your account ID and username, taken when you connect. We do not request permission to read your messages.
• Billing: your Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, status, and billing period. We never receive your card number and it does not pass through our servers.
• Machine identifier: a hash derived from your hardware when the loader authenticates. The underlying hardware details are not stored.
• Licence key: only a hash. The key itself is not stored.

2. Why we use it

• Issuing, verifying, and revoking licences
• Managing subscriptions and granting or removing the Discord role
• Preventing abuse

3. Sharing

We do not share what we collect with third parties except where the law requires it. We use Stripe to process payments and Discord for account connection and key delivery.

4. Retention

Account and billing records are kept after a subscription ends for as long as the law requires and as long as we need them to handle disputes. Everything else is deleted once it has served its purpose.

5. Cookies

We set one signed cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics.

6. Access and deletion

To see or delete what we hold about you, contact us. We will verify who you are and act within what the law allows.
