Refund Policy

1. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from “Manage billing” on your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and the subscription stops renewing after that.

2. Refunds

This is a digital product, and we treat delivery as complete once you have received a licence key. We therefore do not refund after a key has been claimed.

We do not refund partial periods. Cancelling does not refund the remainder of the current period.

3. Exceptions

We handle these case by case. Contact us.

You were charged twice
A fault on our side made the service unusable for the whole period
You never claimed a key and you tell us shortly after purchase

4. Suspension for breach

If we suspend a licence because the terms were broken, we do not refund.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any consumer rights the law gives you.
