Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-08-03
This text is a draft. The operator details, contact address, and governing law are not settled yet, so these are not final terms.
1. Scope
These terms set out the conditions under which the service is provided and the relationship between you and the operator. By using the service you agree to them.
2. Account
Using the service requires connecting a Discord account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure.
3. Licence
- A licence key is issued to one person and binds to one machine on first launch.
- Keys may not be transferred, lent, shared, or redistributed.
- The service may be used only while a subscription is active. The key expires when the subscription ends.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Analysing, modifying, copying, or redistributing the service or the programs it delivers
- Attempting to bypass licence verification
- Interfering with the operation of the service
- Anything that breaks the law
5. Requirements
The service runs on Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). We do not guarantee it works on anything else.
6. Third-party sites
The service operates on a third-party website. The operator of that site is unrelated to the operator of this service, and we are not responsible for any consequence of you breaching that site's own terms. You use the service at your own risk.
7. Changes and availability
We may change features, suspend the service, or discontinue it. If we discontinue it we will give notice where we can.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it fits any particular purpose or that it runs without interruption. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount most recently paid to us.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. A revision takes effect when it is published on this page.
